ETIM publications and 2BA

2BA follows ETIM Dynamisch on a weekly basis. This means that change requests from manufacturers approved by ETIM International are read in after assessment by 2BA and are available within the data pool. Currently, ETIM 9 is the basic version for 2BA.

Datasets

When downloading datasets, the following options are available:

Data classified according to ETIM version 9
Data classified according to ETIM Dynamisch
Data classified according to ETIM Dynamisch + lapsed ETIM classified data

Statistics

The product data statistics are sub-divided into:

ETIM 9, where:
- values from 2-5-2023 are based on ETIM 9
- values from 30-10-2020 to 1-5-2021 are based on ETIM 8
- values from 5-3-2018 to 30-10-2020 are based on ETIM 7
- values from 13-12-2017 to 5-3-2018 are based on ETIM 6
- waarden voor 13-12-2017 are based on ETIM 5

2BA and new ETIM versions

An official release is issued every two years by ETIM International. This usually takes place in November.

At 2BA, a transition phase of six months is always planned. After the transition phase of six months, the product classes that no longer belong to the subsequent ETIM version, including characteristics and characteristic values, are marked as expired in the data pool.
